The big C - yes communication


I go to a lot of seminars...am a bit of an information junkie on how to make Ripple better for everyone.

It's not only how well we massage (though that is important!) but also how well we communicate with you to make our customer service the best in the business.

Soooo, this led us to attending a website seminar out in Beaudesert last night.

Now before you snooze off, it was acutally really really interesting. All about how well we can talk to the the people we massage better!


It also made me contact the software techie this morning that was supposed to have our new booking system up 2 months ago and push to get it happening asap. We want to be available, when you call, 7 days a week, so are working on a system to make it happen. Hopefully no more voicemail.

So thanks Fabienne...you have re-inspired me to deliver above and beyond what our clients expect.

If the software technie doesn't work out, go try out www.webreserv.com. It's an online booking service that can be used by pretty much all types of businesses.
